A new 25,000m² flagship Head Office building and adjacent Multi storey car park. The building sits in a 4.8-acre site with access off Jubilee way.
The project involved the construction of a 5-storey composite steel framed structure over a single storey basement, with a central atrium to bring natural light to all areas of the building. Offsite manufacturer was adopted wherever possible with the external cladding formed with precast concrete and brick slips.

Jubb were responsible for the Civil, structural and geotechnical elements of the project. We worked closely with the client to help them achieve their aspirations whilst working to a strict budget and tight deadlines.
